Manage your stock counts

The functions relating to stock counts in Sage X3 are often used on an occasional basis (in most cases, once a year). This occasional use is explained by the very nature of stock counts (companies have to carry out a stock count at least once a year).
The infrequent use of these functions often leads to a lack of knowledge on how to set up and operate them.

The objective of this document is to remind how stock counts operate in Sage X3, the prerequisites to be implemented and the often unknown possibilities offered by the software as well as its limitations. Indeed, it should be kept in mind that a stock count has to be prepared in advance.
